Volunteers are our backbone. Their work and dedication assure that the Festival runs smoothly and the attendees enjoy themselves to the fullest.
The Festival offers many volunteer opportunities for individuals as well as for book groups, writing groups, librarians, honor societies, and school service groups.

To sign up as a volunteer, please complete the form below. Information and directions will be sent to volunteers prior to the festival.
How many volunteers do we need?
Over 100 volunteers help prepare for and work at the Festival which will be held April 26 – 28, 2024.
Volunteers are needed for the following activities:
- Venue Captain
- Assistant Venue Captain
- Pre-Festival preparations (posters, signage, balloons, venue set-up)
- Venue Extra / Floater
- Post-Festival break-down
