Hank Phillippi Ryan @ Joy Nest

We are delighted to present a special winter event featuring USA Today bestselling author Hank Phillippi Ryan at the Joy Nest in Newburyport.

Hank will take the stage to discuss her newest psychological thriller, a cross-country cat-and-mouse chase, All This Could Be Yours (Minotaur Books). The instant USA Today bestseller has received rave reviews including the Library Journal’s recommendation: This "should be on everyone's reading list!" Hank will be in conversation with writer Connie Hambley.

Hank Phillippi Ryan is the USA Today bestselling author of sixteen psychological thrillers, winning the most prestigious awards in the genre: five Agathas, five Anthonys, and the coveted Mary Higgins Clark Award. She is also an on-air investigative true crime reporter for Boston’s WHDH-TV, winning an unprecedented 37 Emmys.

Connie Johnson Hambley‘s short stories appear in the Anthony Award-winning Mystery Writers of America’s anthology, Crime Hits Home as well as Mystery Magazine, and several Best New England Crime Stories. Her journalism credits include Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Financial Advisor, and Nature. She is a past president and featured speaker of the New England chapter of Sisters in Crime, a member of Mystery Writers of America, and co-chair of the New England Crime Bake.

We are grateful to Hank for supporting this fundraiser benefitting the Newburyport Literary Association
and its 21st Newburyport Literary Festival on April 24–26, 2026.
